Accommodation
Accommodation is provided in private bed-sitting rooms which residents are encouraged to furnish themselves. There are 30 rooms, some of which have en-suite facilities.

Outings and entertainment
The residents have the opportunity for many outings including attending concerts, pub lunches, visits to the sea, weekly shopping trips as well as visits to The Royal Hospital for the Chelsea Flower Show and Founders (Oak Apple) Day.

There are also invitations to the annual Festival of Remembrance in the Royal Albert Hall. Birthday parties are given for all residents: bingo and whist drives are held regularly as well as other pastimes. At Christmas and Easter The Royal Hospital Chelsea hosts parties in the Home at which the Royal Hospital Band entertains the residents.
